Easy no-bake energy bites
Add all ingredients to the bowl of the food processor fitted with the metal blade
Pulse until all ingredients are chopped and thoroughly mixed, the mixture should be sticky
Add more oats if it's too sticky to handle, or more fruit or syrup if it's too dry
Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes
Scoop a small amount of the dough using a cookie scoop or spoon and roll into a ball
Store in the refrigerator or freezer
